Cooperative of small producers which are dedicated to the production of coffee, in the areas of Union Cantinil, San Pedro Necta, Barillas and Concepcion Huista. The coffee offered in Acodihue comes in 80% of indigenous women production, who farms in the mountainous territory of Los Cuchumatanes, Huehuetenango, with an average altitude of 1500 meters above level, carefully preserved by environment friendly care, obtaining SHB with special organoleptic characteristics that maintain quality through artisanal transformation.

To recognize the work done by women, Acodihue has the certificate "Certificado Manos de Mujer" which is valued its conntribution to the family and national economy. Also, Acodihue provides Fairtrade & Organic Certification, Rain Forest Alliance which recongized in Europe & United States since 2006.
