Parcelas) with a commitment to produce high quality coffee, and also being very conscious about the environment since their wet processing facility is very closed to the Lake Atitlan. To ensure that the environment isn't harmed by the coffee that they process at their wet mill, they have built a filtration system to clean the water used for coffee processing. It is a must to visit this location to meet the wonderful people and enjoy the most beautiful lake in Centural America, Lake Atitlan.
