In this world, there are millions of “Coffee Lovers” who never have stepped onto an actual coffee farm, never witnessed how farmers pick coffee beans, never even touched and smelled fresh coffee cherries or flowers off a coffee tree, never even strolled onto a farm patio with millions of golden coffee beans being dried on the ground…

Ensoluna Coffee Academy offers “Coffee Camp” for foreigners who want to venture into a real coffee world and experiencing working coffee farms, visiting Anacafe (Guatemala National Coffee Association), drinking Pacamara from “El Injerto café” and few other specialty coffee shops (CoE Guatemala Winners) in order to understand the Guatemala coffee cultures, driving up to 7000 feet high to visit Ensoluna Coffee Academy in Quetzaltenango (where the air is thin but filled with Aroma of coffee) is the best place to learn how to roast, cup & to visit our farms.  To finish off the trip, you will visit Antigua to check out the one of the most colonial and beautiful cities in the world, not to mention world-class coffee culture.   (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antigua_Guatemala
