Finca Colombia is one of the most well-known estates in Antigua region, located only just few minutes from Antigua downtown, at the base of the sweeping ascent to the peak of Volcan de Agua. The farm is still very traditional in most ways, using a shading of Grevillea and Inga trees, and processing using the typical wet-process & dry process fermentation method, however, among of all the farms that Ensoluna works with, by far, Finca Colombia has the cleanest and most scientific processing method to ensure the best possible quality coffee available in Antigua region.

The coffee is distinguished for its complex flavor and hint of cocoa with very balanced flavor and full body, spicy flavor that is often very rich, even velvety.
