"Coffee - the favorite drink of the civilized world." Thomas Jefferson

Ensoluna is the interaction of all three elements (Enso, Sol and Luna) that when combined produce an absolute and pure coffee from Ensoluna.
We believe that a great cup of coffee is not made by an accident.  It is a byproduct of Ensoluna which represents the Synergy of green and roasted coffee production.  We can do this only because we have the full control of the farms, processing of beans, roasting, peeling and even packaging, all under supervision and management by Ensoluna coffee laboratory that we own and operate.

"Ensoluna is the creation and process of an absolute, pure coffee beans that is much greater than the sum of its parts"

In Zen Buddhism, an ensō is a circle to express a moment when the mind is free to let the body create and symbolizes absolute enlightenment, strength, elegance and the universe.

It is a Mayan symbol of ascension, clarity and awareness. Focus upon this symbol facilitates enlightenment. It brought about high yielding crops, and the sun appeared during time of greatest productivity.

The Mayan moon is associated with fertility and growth, not only of human beings, but also of the vegetation and the crops. And she is specifically associated with water, be it wells, rainfall, or the rainy season.
