This farm is located at San Pedro Necta, Huehuetenango. About an hour rough ride into mountains of San Pedro Necta from the main highway. This is one of the smallest farms in Huehuetenango Ensoluna represents, but they are dedicated to produce the finest coffee and most stable quality among all the farms around the region.



Intensely sweet wet aroma, sweetness, a strong floral, jasmine flavor, very defined and clean acidity and fruits (citrus, lemon), peach. A touch of light cocoa in the finish. Medium-to-bold intensity, Extraordinary aromatics, sweetness, complexity.
