This is a cooperative who has embraced the ecologic agriculural practices of their ancestors and before that. Walking around this cooperative & farm is an awesome opportunity to see not only various coffee varieties, but also many different types of hardwood trees, springs, birds. They represent a lot of small farms who are dedicated to cultivate the best coffee possible. Normally they sell within Guatemala, however, Ensoluna has the opportunity to represent them as an exclusive export agent for this cooperative.
