This farm is quite well known among foreign buyers since Fredy Morales (farm owner) participates in CoE and receives within top 10 place for auction sales. The farm is located in the top of a mountain of SPN, where extremely difficult to visit. La Rosma is one of the first farms that Ensoluna worked with and also they probably have the best reviewed, micro lot coffees among all the farms that Ensoluna works in Huehuetenango region.



Extremely bright cup character, floral, clean fruited notes, brightly acidic, medium body, and a lingering clean aftertaste



La Rosma participates and always places within top 10 in Cup of Excellence event.
