A small production farm owned by Ensoluna S.A. Our farm, Finca Santa Maria is located at Zunil, about 45 minutes from our office in Quetzaltenango and Daniel Yancor (one of our company partners) personally oversees the entire process and production with ultimate care to ensure the finest coffee available.



A taste that is subtle and mild yet still complex and interesting. With distinctive acidity and delicate fruity flavors, light body, sweet floral aroma, and a pleasant finish that is clean on the palate and lingers.



Our farm can also do the special process, such as Natural, Honey upon pre-order by customers.
